Rectifying Roller

Rectifying Roller was mainly developed to solve the problem of non-synchronization of tiles transfer during the tile production. In the long and wide kilns, it is easy to find the tile irregular movement or even overlapped tiles during the transfer due to the bended rollers and kiln transmission problem. FCRI Rectifying Roller can adjust the transfer speed of tiles by taking advantage of the roller diameter change and spiral of the rollers. It optimizes and simplifies the adjustment procedure of tile transfer direction in long and wide kilns.
